This page explains what Trailer Trash Cash collects, why, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Trailer Trash Cash (trailertrashcash.com) is operated by The iM Agency, Austintown, Ohio. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@trailertrashcash.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your name if you give it. Only when you ask us for a deal report or buy the toolkit. We do not buy or scrape email lists.
- The numbers you type into the deal calculator— purchase price, repairs, sale price, down payment, rate, and term. The on-screen result is calculated in your browser and is never sent anywhere. Those numbers reach our server only if you ask us to email you the full deal report.
- Order records if you buy: the Stripe checkout reference, your email, the amount, and when your download was delivered.
- Standard analytics— pages viewed, rough location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. See Analytics and cookies.
What we do not collect
- Card numbers.Payment is handled entirely on Stripe’s own checkout page. Your card details never touch this site and we never see or store them.
- Social security numbers, dates of birth, or any government ID.
- Anything about you bought from a data broker.
Why we use it
- To send the deal report you asked for.
- To deliver your toolkit download and its receipt after a purchase.
- To send a short follow-up email sequence about mobile home investing. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them for good.
- To see which pages and guides people actually use, so we improve the right ones.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
A note about deal report links
When we email you a deal report, the link carries your deal numbers encoded directly in the web address. That means we do not have to store the deal against your name — but it also means anyone you forward that link to can see those numbers. Treat the link like the deal itself. These report pages are set to stay out of search results.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages lead to a download or a purchase. It sets cookies in your browser and reports a page view, a lead when you save a deal report, and a purchase when an order completes. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
You can block this with your browser’s cookie controls, private browsing, or Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of established services to run the site. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.
| Service | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and receipts. Holds the card details we never see. |
| Supabase | Database and file storage for leads, orders, and the toolkit download. |
| Resend | Sends the deal report and your purchase delivery email. |
| GoHighLevel | Our contact list, which runs the follow-up email sequence. |
| Google Analytics | Site traffic measurement. |
| Vercel | Hosting. Keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses. |
These providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Email contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Analytics data expires on Google’s own retention schedule.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Ask what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@trailertrashcash.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you have bought the toolkit we may have to keep the order record itself for accounting, but we will remove you from all email.
- Use the calculator without telling us anything. The on-screen result is free and needs no email address.
Children
This site is meant for adults doing business. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
